OUT EAST ROSÉ

Out East is pleased to present our inaugural product—a vibrant and crisp Côtes de Provence rosé produced and bottled in picturesque Monfort-sur-Argens, France. The grapes come from vines grown on the limestone and clay soils of “Green Provence”, giving the wine extraordinary freshness and vitality.

ORIGINS

The region’s terroir is distinguished by pronounced mountainous reliefs which aid in trapping the perfect climate for growing world class vines. This fortunate topography lends itself to mild autumns and springs that alternate with hot summers and cold winters that are more pronounced than in the rest of the region—an ideal growing climate for our grapes.

TASTING & PAIRING

The complexity of Out East Rosé makes it an excellent wine to pair with a variety of foods, particularly more assertively flavored and spicy foods. Classic mediterranean dishes featuring garlic and hearty herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and oregano pair very well with our wine. Simple shellfish and fish dishes prepared with olive oil and garlic can also be a perfect match.

THE LIFESTYLE

Out East embodies the relaxed luxury lifestyle exemplified by exclusive getaways and enclaves around the globe. While the name is inspired by the popular reference for the Hamptons, we believe you can be “Out East” anywhere. Our rosé is the perfect wine to complement beautiful sunsets and warm summer nights shared with great friends.

SHARE OUT EAST

Launching in May 2018, Out East will be available at select retailers and restaurants in New York City and the Hamptons. Out East Rosé is best served chilled (45-55 degrees), and enjoyed with friends. It can be consumed year round. Follow us and share your out east experience on social media.
